Stephanie Capuano, Founder of 31st State Stephanie Capuano saw a gap in the skincare market for products that resonate with teenage boys. She searched on and offline and couldn’t find options let alone ones that weren’t filled with unnecessary and harsh chemicals so she created 31st State. The skincare line is named after her home state and tailored for Gen Z teenage boys in an international company catering to the teen male community.
